You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of slo16.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slo16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
slo16's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
slo16 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

slo16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, slo16 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in your Account. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to slo16, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance requirements.
You may close your slo16 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the slo16 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
